Our future home's location

I forgot to mention that what started as a joke in my previous blogpost is now turning into a reality. This home is located at Greater Lagro, Quezon City, Philippines. It is just before SM Fairview. You can actually walk going to SM Fairview.

It is such a nice location, wide subdivision streets, clean surroundings, good neighborhood and most of all flood free. My husband even went to see this place during the typhoon that flooded most of Metro Manila, Philippines but this place was flood free!!!

Finding a place to have our house

I was riding with my family when we passed by the area just before SM Fairview. I just kidded my husband and said would you like us to have our home here? My husband was not able to respond to my question since maybe he thought it is ridiculous. I continued to say to him that it is a not going to be impossible because I believe that once I say it, it will happen.

Today, we are now starting to build our house in one of the lots in the Neopolitan area.

While the selling price now goes up to 10,000 pesos/sq.m., There are residential lots which I know in the area which are priced low so that other people can acquire too and build their homes there too.
